No-Bake Energy Balls


Grab these mini-sized energy balls with huge benefits, packed with plenty of nutrient-dense ingredients. Make a batch of these no-bake energy balls quickly in no time, and enjoy guilt-free snacking.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oats

  • 1 cup of mixed seeds(Chia, Flax, Sesame, Pumpkin seeds)

  • 1 cup nut butter(Peanut, Almond or cashew)

  • ¼ cup mixed dried fruits(Golden and black raisins, apricot, fig, dates)

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions

  • Chop the dried fruits into small pieces and set them aside.

  • Gently roast the oats and seeds separately except the chia seeds.

  • Fold in all the ingredients together and make small balls.

  • Refrigerate the energy balls for 1 hour before serving.


Mixed Sprouts Chaat


Pick this nutritious Indian snack that brims with health in every bite. Get your day’s protein fix through this mixed sprouts chaat and take your taste buds on a desi ride with the zing from the medley of flavors.

Ingredients

  • Moong dhal / Green lentils

  • Horse gram

  • Channa / Garbanzo bean

  • Kidney bean

  • Onion

  • Tomato

  • Cilantro

  • Lemon

  • Chaat masala powder

  • Salt

  • Tamarind and Mint chutney (Optional)

  • Sev (Optional)

Directions

  • Sprout the lentils and beans separately.

  • Steam cook or pressure cook the mixed sprouts for 5 minutes.

  • Chop the onion, tomato, and cilantro leaves and mix them with the cooked sprouts

  • Add in the salt and chaat masala powder.

  • Drizzle some tamarind and mint chutney and sprinkle a handful of sev over the chaat for that added punch (Optional).
