Ingredients:
Unflavoured gelatin
Cold white grape juice - 2 cups
Sugar - 2 tbs
Martini
Fresh strawberries
Direction:
Sprinkle gelatin over cold grape juice and leave it to settle
In a saucepan, heat on low flame until gelatin is dissolved
Cool to room temperature
Pour the martini into the gelatin mixture in a separate bowl
Pour the mixture into martini glasses
Add a strawberry to each glass
Refrigerate for about an hour before serving.

Ingredients:
Cream cheese - 8 ounces
Parmesan cheese - 2 cups
Choice of veggies
Paprika
Directions:
Mix the cheeses in a large bowl
Shape them into balls
Add choice of cut vegetables and paprika

Heat for a minute or two in the microwave before serving

Direction:
Mix herbs with salt and flavour the lamb chops

Broil the meat until it reaches the desired doneness
Serve with potato wedges

Ingredients:
Softened unsalted butter
Confectioners sugar
Almond extract
1 tsp salt
Unsalted cashews
Macadamia nuts
Pecan halves
Direction:
Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees
Mix cream butter and confectioners salt to a fluffy mixture
Add nuts to the mix
Shape the mixture into balls
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes
Cool for 10 minutes
The snowballs are ready to be served.
