Tricolour cheesecake

Ingredients: 800 grams of cream cheese 500 grams of icing sugar 8 egg yolk 15 grams of cornflour 15 grams of refined flour 200 grams of fresh cream Few drops of vanilla essence 150 grams of cookie crumbs 75 grams of butter
Direction: Make sure to preheat the oven up to 130 C. Line the base of the cake tin and grease it. Place the biscuit crumbs in a mixing bowl, ensure that it is finely crushed. Add molten butter to it and combine them. Pour the batter on the cake tin and bake it for 10 mins. Once the base turns golden brown, remove it from the oven and let it cool down. For the filling, beat together cream cheese and sugar in a large bowl. Once the mixture smoothens, add the sour cream, vanilla essence, and flour. Gradually add the eggs into the mixture. Beat the mixture continuously while adding the ingredients. Now, pour the filling on the cookie base and bake it for 45 mins. Maintain the temperature to 130 C. Once the filling turns golden brown on the edge, remove the cake and let it cool down. Cooling down is important as it would prevent the formation of cracks on the top. Your cheesecake is ready to be served.
Tri-colour Penne Pasta

Ingredients( Servings: 4)
200 grams of Penne pasta
¾ cup of Marinara sauce
¾ cup of Alfredo sauce
¾ cup of Pesto sauce
6 cups of water
2 teaspoon of salt
Direction:
Boil the 6 cups of water and add the salt to it. Place the raw pasta in the boiling water to cook for 12 minutes. The pasta should be soft enough to melt in your mouth and firm enough to retain its shape. Drain the water and divide the pasta into 3 different mixing bowls. Add the 3 sauces separately to the 3 bowls respectively. Mix them well. Serve the pasta on a tray such that it forms a tricolour. Enjoy!

For dressing:
⅓ cup of vinegar
3 tablespoons of honey/sugar
1 tablespoon of soy sauce
1 teaspoon of salt
2 cloves of garlic(minced)
1-2 chilly peppers (sliced)
For Salad:
1 medium-sized green papaya
1 large carrot (peeled and julienne)
1-2 cucumbers (julienne)
⅓ cup of mint leaves (chopped)
4 tablespoons of toasted peanuts
Direction:
Prepare the dressing, mix all the ingredients in a bowl and set it aside.
To prepare the salad, peel the papaya and shred it into thin slices. You can use a vegetable peeler for this purpose. Now, toss every item into a large bowl and add the dressing batter to it. The salad tastes best when it is served fresh.
