Strawberry Panna Cotta

Ingredients
650g (20oz) Strawberries
1/2 cup (120ml) Whole milk, divided
1¼ cups (300ml) Heavy cream
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
1/3 cup (65g) Sugar
7g Gelatin
Pinch Salt
Directions
Puree and strain the strawberries to a smooth paste.
In a bowl whisk gelatin and milk and leave it undisturbed for 10 minutes.
Simmer heavy cream, milk, sugar, and salt in a medium saucepan until sugar dissolves.
Remove from heat, add vanilla extract and stir in gelatin and immediately whisk until smooth and dissolved.
Add the strawberry puree and whisk until incorporated.
Pour into the serving dishes. Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours and serve chilled.

4 scoops (80g) vegan protein powder
¼ cup(20g) unsweetened cocoa powder
Directions
Add the cashews, almond milk, and beet puree in a covered container and refrigerate overnight.
The next day, blend the mixture adding in vanilla extract, stevia, and salt.
Add the protein powder, melted cacao butter, and cocoa powder and blend again.
Place parchment paper in an 8x8 inch cake tin and scoop the mixture into it.
Spread it out and refrigerate overnight.
Slice, serve, and enjoy!
